Terms and Conditions 

Support Terms


  1. Start of Support Period: The 1-month support period will commence from the official Go-Live date, which will follow the client's formal sign-off on the project deliverables document. This sign-off confirms that all agreed deliverables have been completed and accepted by the client.
  2. Post-Delivery Support: The client is entitled to up to 15 hours of support
  3. within a 1-month period after Go-Live — whichever limit (hours or time) is reached first.
  4. Ongoing Support: Upon completion of the 1-month period, the client agrees to purchase a yearly support package for continued assistance and system maintenance.
  5. Out-of-Scope Requests: Any requests for new features, enhancements, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately or billed per hour, depending on the complexity.
  6. Support Scope Includes:
  • Responding to functional inquiries and usage questions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Additional training sessions for staff
  • Live assistance during working hours, as needed

Terms and Other Conditions:


  1. Olap Digital Solutions LLC will invoice the client after completing the scope as defined above.
  2. Payment terms are due in 5 days after submitting invoices.
  3. The prices quoted above are to be paid in full, with any applicable taxes being the sole responsibility of the client.
  4. Olap Digital Solutions LLC holds the right to de-engage a team in case of late payment.
  5. A re-engagement of the team might require lead time coordination.
  6. Any plugin subscription cost is not part of the cost of this contract.
  7. Any additional features or changes beyond the scope mentioned in point # 2 above (Scope of Work) will be evaluated and a change request will be shared with the customer for approval before proceeding with any work.
  8. After the Gap Analysis and requirement gathering phase, any additional customization needed by the client or additional implementation, the effort needed with the updated timeline will be shared with the customer for the approval before proceeding.
  9. The client team will provide required third-party subscriptions if needed.
  10. Until all payments are fully remitted, no copyrights or source codes are transferred to the client.
  11. Odoo User Accounts are not part of the above cost, and our Odoo account manager will be able to provide it.
