Odoo Implementor (Functional Consultant)

We are looking for an Odoo Implementor / Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects: running client demos, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Odoo, delivering user training, and supporting go-live. 

You will work closely with clients across the UAE to translate business needs into practical Odoo workflows and ensure successful adoption. Arabic is mandatory and English fluency is required.


Nice-to-have 

  1. Experience implementing Odoo in UAE industries (Construction, Trading, Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).

  2. Understanding of UAE VAT and accounting flows (tax configuration, invoices, reporting).

  3. Ability to liaise with developers on customizations (clear specs, testing, UAT) — basic understanding of Odoo Studio / XML/Python concepts is a plus.


Work Mode & Location

Remote or In-Office (Dubai, UAE)

Working Days

6 days/week — Weekly day off: Sunday

Compensation

Competitive salary + allowances + KPI-based commission

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos, discovery workshops, document requirements, define scope, and align expectations with stakeholders.
  • Map current processes, propose optimized workflows, create functional specs, gap analysis, and solution design aligned with Odoo best practices.
  • Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, etc.), set up workflows, approvals, roles, and multi-company rules.
  • Prepare training material, run user/admin training sessions, ensure user adoption, and provide post-training support.
  • Support UAT, manage issues/changes, assist go-live, coordinate with technical team when customization is needed, and ensure project documentation is complete.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher (Preferred accounting background)
  • 2–5 years experience in Odoo Functional Consulting / Implementation
  • fluent English (spoken + written)
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo core processes
  • Ability to run client workshops, requirement gathering, and functional documentation
